Jennifer Byrd-Craven, P.h.D.
Dr. Byrd-Craven received her Ph.D. in 2007 from the University of Missouri. Her primary research interest is the impact of social dynamics on the activity of the stress response systems. Other research interests include sex differences in social cognition and stress response, and resilience to early adversity.

Lucia Ciciolla, P.h.D.
Dr. Ciciolla earned her Ph.D. in from Arizona State University and completed her internship at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Her research is broadly focused on understanding processes of risk and resilience within the context of the parent-child relationship, with primary interests in parental caregiving and parent-child interactions as mechanisms underlying children’s development and the intergenerational transmission of psychopathology.

Shelia M. Kennison, Ph.D.
Dr. Shelia Kennison earned her Ph.D. in from the University of Massachuetts, Amherst and completed her Postdoc at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Her research is broadly focused on cognitive science with a focus including topics in cognition related the communication and social processes and the biological basis of behavior.

GRADUATE STUDENTS
Nikki Clauss, M.S.
Nikki received a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay and a M.A. from Northern Arizona University. She is currently a doctoral student at OSU in neurobiology psychology. Her primary research interest is the interplay between the stress response and eating behavior, as well as the interplay between the stress response and immune system reactivity.

Erin Harrington, B.S.
Erin Harrington received her B.S. from Valparaiso University in 2015. She is currently a doctoral student at OSU in cognitive and developmental psychology. Her primary research is in prospective memory and how memory changes across the lifespan.

Erin received an B.S. in Psychology from Oklahoma State University in 2016. She is currently a doctoral student at OSU in developmental psychology. Her primary research is how gene-environment interactions influence the development in risky behaviors from childhood to emerging adulthood with a specific interest in oxytocin receptor gene polymorphisms and parenting factors.
